McKinley serves as Recruiting Chair for the Atlanta Harlequins, where she is the first point of contact for anyone curious about joining the club, handling everything from outreach to onboarding so new players feel at home with the Quins the same way she does. She joined the Harlequins in 2024 and quickly found her place both on and off the field. She works to grow the roster while making sure the people she brings in understand what makes this club special, connecting the with people across Atlanta and ensuring no one falls through the cracks. Outside of rugby, Kara works at Global Village Project, fundraising for a school for refugee girls, and has a passion for singing and being deeply silly.

Olson - CoTreasurer
Olson has been obsessed with rugby from the minute she was introduced to it. Now- 4 states, 4 teams, and 14 years later she has served in many roles; but absolutely loves being co-Treasurer with Shan on the Harlequins. The Harlequins hold a special place in her heart. This has been a place where she has been able to learn, grow, and advance in her rugby career. She is proud to be a part of the history and growth of women’s+ rugby here in Atlanta.
