It saddens us to report that U.S. Army Veteran and Harlequin Alum, Dawn White, passed away in Stuttgart, Germany, the week of July 3, 2011.

There will be a memorial service on Sunday, August 28, at the Atlanta History Center, beginning at 1pm with cheers to Dawn following at Brick Store Pub in downtown Decatur, GA. [Facebook Invite for This Event]

Remembrance: Dawn Lee White, formerly of Tampa, Florida and Decatur, Georgia, died unexpectedly in Stuttgart, Germany the week of July 3, 2011. Great Turnout for 2011 Hotlanta 7s!

Many thanks to all 40 teams that participated in 2011 Hotlanta 7s! Bracket Winners: Men's Premier: Atlanta Old White 1st XVII (defeating Atlanta Renegades) Men's Club/Social: Birmingham (defeating The Slackers) Women's Club: Harlequins 1 (defeating Harlequins 2) Men's Collegiate: UGA (defeating Valdosta State) High School Boys: Kennesaw Mountain (defeating Lassiter High)

Also, many thanks, on behalf of the Atlanta Rugby Foundation, to the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Atlanta for coming and participating in touch rugby! It was great fun for the kids and the clubs that participated!

Harlequins Take #2 Spot in Division I

Harlequins defeat Chicago Northshore (18-3) and lose to San Diego (16-12) at the USA Rugby Division I Nationals and have moved up from #3 to #2 in the nation! Congratulations to every, single Harlequin!

Also a huge, huge THANK YOU to every Harlequin supporter: Old Girls, family, friends, organizations, and everybody who has supported us this season and in the past. We couldn't have done it without you!
